• Half down, balance due before Monday May 24, 2010. No refunds unless event is canceled.
• 501(c) organizations get a 20% discount.
• Sponsor opportunities close Monday May 24, 2010. Memorial Day is Monday May 31, 2010.
• Official CubaCon program goes to print on Tuesday June 1, 2010.

• Production and printing of 500 copies of the Conference program. 
• Host will coordinate design, printing and distribution in time for pre-show marketing. 
• Half page ad in two page center spread reserved for Host.  

The Conference program will feature all full color pages with full bios of all Presenters, Sponsor information, Exhibitor and Vendor information, Agenda, Auction item listing, Cuban Movie Day schedule, Cuba trivia, photos and much more.

Sponsors have preference of full page placement but we will do our best to accommodate all page preference requests. Images must be camera ready. No refunds for late logo artwork.

Marketing of CubaCon

CubaCon is expected to be well attended by nearly 200 people with a serious interest in Cuba. Multiple Cuba experts and Provincetown entities have agreed to promote CubaCon directly and indirectly to their members via email, websites and in print.

CubaCon Host Havana Journal Inc. will promote the conference via opt in email, press release(s), article(s) and link(s) posted at HavanaJournal.com and in print marketing.

Sponsors and Advertisers will be enjoy numerous mentions via opt-in email, internet and/or print marketing campaigns before the conference.

Depending upon the Sponsorship level purchased, Sponsors will enjoy numerous mentions and signage viewing opportunities in multiple locations during the conference. We also expect several news organizations to cover the conference.
